Delete your account
You can delete your account and all its data whenever you want, in the Android app or in the browser.
In the game
- Open LAN and go to the Profile tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete my account and tap again to confirm.
Your game (letters, levels, slots, in-game currencies, looks and records), your runs, your leaderboard name and the stored usage events are deleted from our database at once. The game starts a new one.
If you no longer have the game
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my LAN account", from the email of the Google account you linked or giving your account ID (shown in the game, in Profile). We delete the account with the same data within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.
What isn't up to us
Your Google account isn't touched. The data Google handles for AdMob ads falls under its privacy policy. Anonymous daily usage totals hold no identifier and cannot be linked to you.
